Animae Depth Coaching

Where depth becomes direction

Something in you already knows. This work is the art of remembering. Through image, story, and the quiet that opens when the inner noise settles.

A Depth-Oriented Approach to Coaching

Animae Depth Coaching offers depth-oriented coaching grounded in Jungian psychology and imaginal process, supporting individuals navigating life transitions, inner blocks, and questions of meaning through image, story, and reflective inquiry.

For seekers of meaning, creators of their own life, and those ready to move with intention.

What is Depth Coaching?

Animae Depth Coaching is a collaborative practice that integrates Jungian wisdom and expressive inquiry. We work with imagination, image, and story, not to escape reality, but to access the deep wells of inner intelligence that shape your life.

If you've been wrestling with patterns, decisions, or long-standing questions without resolution, this work invites you to slow down, listen inwardly, and let depth guide direction with intention, imagination, and nuance.

Here, insight isn't the end. It's the beginning of embodied movement.

Elizabeth doesn’t push solutions. She creates a space where clarity emerges on its own.

How a Session Unfolds

Every session is tailored, intentional, and grounded in psychological depth, with care for your process, pace, and uniqueness. Sessions are 60 minutes and may draw on any combination of:

Reflective dialogue that meets your experience where it actually lives. Imaginal and expressive inquiry using imagery, metaphor, dream material, and simple creative prompts. Symbolic exploration that reveals meaning beyond habitual thinking. Values-based reflection to align inner understanding with outer action. Presence and deep listening as tools of transformation.

Elizabeth works with clients remotely and in person.

About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Lorayne is an ICF-credentialed coach, artist, printmaker, and award-winning author whose work has always lived at the intersection of image, story, and inner life.

Her path to coaching was not a departure from her creative practice — it was a continuation of it. Trained in Jungian-informed and expressive arts approaches, Elizabeth brings to every session the same quality of attention she brings to her studio: a belief that image is not decoration but language, and that what lies beneath the surface is worth the time it takes to find.

She is the creator of Animae: The Source — a 48-card values-based deck, hand-printed via traditional collagraphy, now used in coaching, therapy, education, and community settings. She holds a B.S. in interdisciplinary psychology, art, and writing from The New School in Manhattan.

Her approach is attentive, ethical, and rooted in respect for your inner process.
